Prof. Yuan-Ming Zhang is currentrly a Professor of Plant Science and Technology College of Huazhong Agricultural University. He is a member of the Quantitative Genetics Branch of the Chinese Genetic Society, a member of the British Genetic Society, and an honorary member of the Canadian Crop Society.  He is also the director of the 6th Chinese Society of Agricultural Biotechnology, , the director of Crop Information Research Center, the 2005 New Century Talents of the Ministry of Education, the 2014 Special Professor of Chutian Scholars, the 2018 Leading Talents of Huazhong Agricultural University B2 post, the Evaluation expert of 2016 NSFC and 2021 National Key Research and Development Program. He is an Associate Editor and an Editorial Board Member for many prestigous journals. He is also a postdoctoral fellow of the University of California, Riverside. Prof. Zhang's research interests include statistical genomics, biostatistics and gene molecular evolution. He will report his team's advance on the application of AI in gene mining at ICAIC 2024.

Prof. Hui-Yu Zhou heads the Applied Algorithms and AI (AAAI) Theme and leads the Biomedical Image Processing Lab (BIPL) at University of Leicester. He was Director of MSc Programme (2018-2019) and Coordinator of MSc Distance Learning at Informatics (2018-2022), and is PGR Director and Deputy Director of Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Modelling (AIDAM). Prior to this appointment, he worked as Reader (2018-2020) at University of Leicester, and Lecturer (2012-2017) at the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Queen's University Belfast (QUB). He was a visiting scholar of QUB during 2018-2020.

Professor Tekinerdogan is a computer scientist with over 25 years of experience in software/systems engineering and information technology. 
Throughout his career, he has authored more than 400 peer-reviewed scientific papers and 8 edited books. He has been involved in dozens of national and international research and consultancy projects with various large software companies as a principal researcher and leading software/system architect. His experience spans a broad range of domains, including consumer electronics, enterprise systems, automotive systems, critical infrastructures, cyber-physical systems, satellite systems, defense systems, production line systems, command and control systems, physical protection systems, radar systems, smart metering systems, energy systems, and precision farming. He takes a holistic, systemic, and multi-disciplinary approach to solve real industrial problems and has ample experience in software and systems architecting, software and systems product line engineering, cyber-physical systems, model-driven software engineering, aspect-oriented software engineering, global software development, systems engineering, system of systems engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. In addition to his research, he is an active educator. He has developed and taught around 20 different academic courses and provided many software/systems engineering courses to more than 50 companies in The Netherlands, Germany, India, and Turkey. 

Prof. Mohammad Khishe currently works at Imam Khomeini Naval  Science University of Nowshahr. His research interests include Audio Signal Processing, FPGA, Artificial Neural Networks, Evolutionary Algorithms, Optimization. He does research in Artificial Neural Network, Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining. Their current project is 'The design of a sonar target classifer'.

Prof. Riad Taha Al-Kasasbeh received his MS in Engineering Science and Ph.D. in Controlling Biological and Electronic Equipment, and his PhD from Saint-Petersburg Electrotechnical University ETU “LETI”, He was a postdoctoral fellow at Konstanz University (Germany). He is currently a Professor at the University of Jordan. He is a member of professional organizations and co-author of over 120 papers (Editions: Springer, IEEE, Taylor & Francis, IASTED, Inderscience, Elsevier, etc.). He is a Visiting Professorship at several Universities including Philadelphia University, Konstanz University (Germany) (HTWG), and Karaganda State Industrial University (Kazakhstan), "Moscow Power Engineering Institute" (MPEI). He was a Research Fellow of DFG at the HTWG. His research interests include Artificial intelligence, biomedical instrumentation, biophysics, acupuncture, fuzzy logic decision-making, and medical and ecology information systems, Ergonomics. He presented his work at numerous international conferences as a keynote speaker. In addition. He has developed novel clinical methods for the prediction and early diagnosis of heart, stomach diseases, also he has determined features for determining the level of psycho-emotional tension in the man-machine system operators using bio-active points based on fuzzy logic rules. As well as the projects manager in research and development projects that performs scientific research for the Industry and medical departments and organizations local and international.

Prof. Jiang-Tao Wang is currently an Associate Professor (equivalent to Reader Position) with Center for Intelligent Healthcare, Coventry University. Before Joining in Coventry Univ, he was a lecturer in Lancaster University and Peking Univeristy, respectively. His research interests include Pervasive and Mobile Computing, Crowdsensing, Digital Health, Internet of Things, and Smart Cities. Jiangtao has developed a strong international reputation for his research on Mobile Crowdsensing/Crowdsourcing systems, specifically within the domains of cost and quality joint optimization. He is among the pioneering researchers who introduce the novel mechanisms to optimize sensing quality and cost in task allocation – a fundamental research issue and a maker or breaker in urban crowd sensing.

Prof. Waqas Haider Khan Bangyal received his Ph.D. in Computer Science. Dr. Bangyal is currently an Associate Professor/Chairperson Department of Computer Science, Kohsar University, Murree, Punjab, Pakistan. Dr. Bangyal has over 80 publications, including book chapters, journal and conference papers. His publications have been published in the top venue, such as IEEE, Elsevier, and Springer. Dr. Bangyal is a Senior Member of IEEE SMC and an active Member of ACM and vice president of the INNS Pakistan Chapter. Dr. Bangyal has 20+ years of global experience in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Big Data, and block chain. He has also been a facilitator, mentor, and coach for various programs. His area of expertise is technology and innovation and he offers advice on how to promote and convert ideas into successful products/ solutions as well as build strategies with a focus on personal and career development. Dr. Bangyal is serving as an editorial board member for various journals including Elsevier, IEEE , Wiley, IEEE Access, IEEE IoT and Springer Journals. He has served as the TPC co-chair, publicity co-chair, organization chair, and TPC member for many international conferences. He has been a reviewer for prestigious journals of Elsevier, Springer, and Wiley publications, and evolved in holding a number of events as a member of the executive or technical committee. His research interests include Optimization, Machine Learning & Meta-heuristics, Image Processing, and Pattern Recognition. He is a member of ACM and IEEE. He will report his research on Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare at ICAIC 2024.

Prof. Guang-Lei Wu works with Dalian University of Technology as an associate professor (since July 2016). He specializes in robotic technologies including robot design and their industrial applications. His research work related to those fields has been published in Mechanism and Machine Theory, ASME Journal of Mechanical Design, ASME Journal of Mechanisms and Robotics, IEEE ICRA and IROS conferences, etc., and has been internationally recognized. 

Prof. Moutaz Alazab is a computer security expert with the focus on CyberSecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Forensic, Malware Analysis, Security Penetration Testing. He is experienced in Information Security Policies and Procedures development and has more than 10 years of professional experience in computer science and engineering area. He have published more than 20 peer-reviewed articles in well-known, high-quality international journals and conferences. These articles — which include most recent publication, ‘Crime in Cyberspace’—have been widely cited.

Prof. Sergey Filist holds Ph.D., DSc, Professor.  He is currently a professor at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Southwestern State University and is the author of more than 400 scientific papers, including 45 invention patents, ten monographs, and ten textbooks and teaching aids. Research interests: automated systems for ecology, biology, and medicine; bioimpedance study; artificial intelligence methods and systems for decision support; mathematical methods of data mining and pattern recognition. Over the past five years, Ph.D. dissertations and two dissertations for the degree of DSc have been defended under his scientific supervision, and two projects supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research have been completed. Scientific directions of research of dissertation research - systems for supporting medical decision-making in diagnostic and rehabilitation medicine.
